To date, no direct effect of glucomannan on the effectiveness of Daylette contraceptive pills has been demonstrated. However, due to its properties, the product may reduce their absorption, which requires at least 4 hours between the use of glucomanne and the use of the contraceptive pill.
The contradiction of opinion may be due to the fact that the possible interactions of glucomannan have not been fully understood.
