Can Zafrilla cause abdominal pain?
Yesterday my gynaecologist prescribed me zafrille, I took a pill and went to bed. When I woke up, I felt strange. I had a strange anxiety, palpitations and stomach pain. When I got up in the morning, the stomach pain did not go away and I was getting stronger. Or would it be because of this drug?

Zafrilla can cause abdominal pain. This is one of the side effects of the drug that has been reported frequently while taking the drug. If abdominal pain persists, intensifies and makes it difficult to function normally, it is worth seeing a doctor to determine the cause of the problem.
