Drovelis (and any other hormonal contraception) can cause your blood pressure to rise. In the event of intensification of the ailments and/or observing disturbing symptoms such as headache, breathing difficulties, increase in temperature - immediate medical consultation is recommended. If during a routine visit to the gynaecologist tests show an actual significant increase in blood pressure (I also encourage you to self-check at home), you may need to change your tablets.
