Can I use Yasmin while breastfeeding?

Can I take Yasmin contraceptives if I am breastfeeding? The gynecologist prescribed me these pills, but I read in the instructions that it is not recommended for HB (

In my opinion, it would be appropriate to follow the information in the leaflet of the drug: combined oral contraceptives (including Yasmin) can affect lactation by reducing the amount of
and changing the composition of the milk, so they should generally not be recommended until breastfeeding is finished. Small amounts of steroidal contraceptives and/or their metabolites may be excreted in the milk of women using combined oral contraceptives. Such amounts can affect the baby. I do not recommend using the drug during lactation, but if the doctor considers such a procedure necessary and the benefit of using the drug will be higher than the risk to the child - please listen to his guidelines.
