Is it normal to feel pain in the right ovary area when taking my first pack of Qlaira on day 16 of my cycle?
This is the first month of taking this contraception. Previously, I used Daily Atywia. The pain resembles that associated with ovulation. I would like to mention that I took Qaira every day at the same time and there was no vomiting or diarrhea.

If the pills are taken regularly, at a fixed time of day, there is no reason to worry about their effectiveness. Contraceptive protection is maintained.
Every body reacts differently to the medicines it uses, but Qlaira does not mention ovarian pain as a potential side effect, which does not mean that the medicine cannot contribute to it. However, side effects such as abdominal pain (common), pelvic pain (uncommon), ovarian cyst (uncommon, can lead to ovarian pain) are mentioned. Side effects will not occur in everyone. However, ovarian pain can also have another cause and does not have to be related to the use of contraception. I recommend that you consult a gynaecologist and present him or her with the observed ailments. If necessary, the Gdziepolek.pl portal allows you to use teleconsultations:
