If you have stopped taking birth control pills, wait until your period occurs and start another pack on the first day. In the meantime, you can ask your GP for a prescription or use a teleconsultation with a gynaecologist and explain the problem (on our website there is such a possibility in the e-visit tab: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja/z-ginekologiem ). You can also ask a pharmacy master of pharmacy to issue a pharmaceutical prescription, but it is worth having a treatment card or other document confirming medical recommendations with you.
