Can Yaz pills cause nighttime lower abdominal pain?
I would like to know: is it normal to have menstrual pains only at night with the yaz pill? I started 7 days ago apart from that it blocked my period

Lower abdominal pain may be a side effect of Yaz. Hormonal contraception can cause temporary cycle disorders - change the length and amount of bleeding. Some patients observe mid-cycle spotting, especially at the beginning of taking the tablets. Usually, these side effects disappear spontaneously after about 3 months. If the pain persists or intensifies, you should see a gynaecologist for a check-up.
