What do elevated MPV, PDW and P-LCR mean?

Hello, do elevated pdw mpv p-lcr indicate some disease or are they due to deficiencies? The rest of the results are normal (thyroid, coagulation, urine, etc.)
I've only had an appointment with the doctor for a consultation in a week.

MPV 12.80 (9.4 - 12.5) PDW 16.5 (9.8 - 16.2) P-lcr 47.6% (19.1 - 46.6)

To @Paulina:

In order to obtain an interpretation of the test results, I encourage you to consult a doctor who, having full information about your health and treatment history, will be able to comprehensively assess the results. A pharmacist is not authorized to interpret test results. If necessary, you can make an appointment for a teleconsultation here:

Hello.

My morphology parameters:

MCHC 32.1
RDW-SD 48.6 PDW 22.1 MPV 15.4 PLC-R 67.9 Platelets 147

Age 33 years. Iron, postaram, sodium, sugar, cholesterol, ferritin and the rest are normal

Please interpret it, I have had such results for some time, no change. My grandmother was diagnosed with thrombophilia. Does it have anything to do with it?

To @JESIENNA:

Your PDW (17.8 fl), MPV (12.40 fl), P-LCR (47.0%) scores are related to platelets.

Slightly elevated MPV and P-LCR may indicate platelet activity, which is sometimes associated with inflammation, stress or thrombotic risk, but this needs to be interpreted in the context of your health condition.

Total cholesterol (194 mg/dL): A normal result (usually <200 mg/dL), indicating normal blood lipid levels.

For a more accurate interpretation, please consult your doctor about the results, taking into account your symptoms and medical history.

The indicated parameters are one of the numerous parameters determined as part of the blood test:
- MPV or average platelet volume - PDW, i.e. platelet volume distribution - P-LCR or Large Platelet Index All these parameters are related to the size of platelets and the occurrence of an increase in the MPV parameter will affect the increase in the other parameters.

Causes of increased MPV m.in include, m.in, postoperative, hemorrhage, infection, medication and thrombocythemia. It can be a transient and self-transient state.

A full assessment of your blood results should be made by your doctor based on your medical history and additional symptoms, m.in. If you do not want to wait for an in-person appointment, I encourage you to take advantage of the teleconsultation via e.g. the Gdziepolek.pl portal:
