The gynecologist prescribed me these pills to regulate my periods because I am an athlete. Could you tell me when I should take the white pills and when I will have my period?

When taking the contraceptive pill, there is no typical menstrual period, but withdrawal bleeding caused by a break in taking hormones (taking placebo pills - white tablets).
According to the medicine documentation: "You should take one tablet a day for the next 28 days. Take the tablets at approximately the same time each day according to the order marked on the blister, and take a small amount of liquid if necessary. Taking the tablets from each pack starts with 24 pink tablets containing the active substances, followed by 4 white placebo tablets. The next pack should be started the day after the last tablet from the previous pack.'.
Withdrawal bleeding occurs after about 2-3 days of taking placebo (white) tablets.
