Can herbal teas, vitamins, coffee, alcohol, medications (antibiotics) weaken the effectiveness of the Mirena pad?

Hello. Today I put on the Mirena insole. Is there anything that reduces the effectiveness of the spiral? You can consume herbal teas, vitamins for women, coffee, alcohol, etc. My gynaecologist says that the antibiotic doesn't reduce its effectiveness either, because "hormones do the job". Can the cylinder fall out from carrying heavy things?

If I put on the kyleen pad, can I drink alcohol like Aperol, which contains licorice, anise and grapefruit? Will this reduce the effectiveness of contraception?
Do you have to be careful with such a composition only with contraceptive pills?

There are no contraindications to the consumption of herbal teas, vitamins, coffee, alcohol, etc. during the use of the Mirena spiral. Medications, including antibiotics, also do not affect the action of the spiral.

If the insole is applied correctly, there are no contraindications to lifting weights or doing sports.
