Does Ashwagandha affect the contraceptive effectiveness of Qlaira?
QLAIARA and ASHWAGANDHA? Can I take Ashwagandha while taking Qlaira contraceptive pills? I take birth control pills at 6 a.m. and take Ashwagandha at noon. Does Ashwagandha not interfere with the absorption of tablets? Is 6 hours apart enough and am I protected by contraception?
