Change to Oribion plus Zotral
Dear Sir or Madam, for the last few months I have been taking Prefaxine 187.5 mg (I felt "stupefyed" when I increased, so I stayed on this dose), plus Medikinet (two tabls of 10 mg divided over time), the psychiatrist recommended a change because I did not achieve the desired results. I'm going down now with Prefaxine (I'm already on a dose of 37.5 mg), the last one I'm taking from Friday to Saturday, and on Sunday morning I'm supposed to take Oribion 150 mg, Zotral (half a tab for 4 days, then the whole 50 mg), plus Medikinet unchanged. I am an anxious person with quite severe hypochondria, so I have a question, how do I know which drug will cause side effects (if any)? In addition, will I be able to drive a car (this is part of my job), or is there an increased risk of combining side effects with Prefaxin withdrawal effects? And is there a risk of gaining weight with such a combination of drugs? Serotonin Syndrome or any other?
Best regards
