If watery stool occurred only once - there is no cause for concern. Diarrhea understood as passing stool several times within 4 hours of taking the tablet has a real impact on weakening the effect of the drug. However, in your case, in my opinion, there is no reason to worry, there is also no need to take an additional tablet. Please use the medicine at the same time each day.
