Will bread with flax grains negatively affect the effect of the Orlificique contraceptive pill?

Good morning, this morning for breakfast I ate bread with flax seeds, exactly 3 slices and then after half an hour I took the contraceptive pill orlifique. Should I take another one? Will the tablet absorb correctly?
