How long before tooth extraction should Eliquis and Polfilin be discontinued?

My mother is having a stroke taking eliquis 2.5 mg 2 times a day for 1 tablet and polfilin prologaum 400 mg for 1 tablet in the morning. How long can these drugs be discontinued before tooth extraction?

The decision on whether to temporarily stop treatment should be made after consultation with a doctor. After possible discontinuation of the drug, therapy should be resumed as soon as possible.
