Can Siofor 500 mg cause brown spots on the hands and feet?
I have hypoglycemia reactive and have been taking Siofor 500 2 a day for 2 weeks. I had brown spots on my hands and feet. Should I worry about that?

As possible side effects that metformin can cause (eg Siofor) are listed erythema, itching, hives. Brown spots may or may not be associated with the medication used. They may have another cause. It is worth showing the changes to the doctor and consulting your situation.
