You should continue taking the tablets as before - nothing changes then. The effectiveness is maintained - you started taking active tablets as planned.
I ask because I started the new packaging on the same day as always. I took 6 placebo tablets and on the 7th day I forgot to take it. The next day (the day after I forgot the last placebo tablet) I took a tablet from a new blister and it was the same day I always start a new blister
So if I skipped the last placebo pill, my menstrual day will change?

No, skipping the last tablet will not interfere with the effectiveness of Orlifique. Shortening the period of taking placebo tablets is a method used if you want to change the day of menstruation.
