Good morning, I have been taking Dulsevia 60mg in the morning for a week. I noticed that my eyesight deteriorated. I know that blurred vision is one of the common side effects. Is there a chance that in a few days it will be better, or should I talk to the doctor as soon as possible about changing the drug?

I already had visual disturbances at a dose of Dulsevia 30mg! Both during biting and slow weaning! For me, this is one of the worst drugs next to Ketrel! Psychiatrists experiment on patients until they hit the right drug for someone. And so you spend your life fighting the side effects of drugs instead of treating the disease. And without the side effects of eskatemina, a drug that has been approved for reimbursement since autumn this year, is only for selected ones. The rest is to waste their lives on the experiments of psychiatrists. Privately - the cost of treatment eskatemina is about 40,000 PLN. Good luck. Yours sincerely. Andrew.

Usually, the side effects that occur during the use of Dulsevia occur most often in the first weeks of using the preparation, they are also the strongest then. The most commonly reported unwanted symptoms were mild to moderate and resolved with continued treatment. After all, in my opinion, if the quality of vision has significantly deteriorated and is an obstacle to normal functioning, I suggest consulting a doctor. The specialist will assess whether to continue the current therapy or whether a change in treatment is required. I encourage you to report side effects and attach information about the possibility of using teleconsultation, if necessary: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja
