The use of Klacid and Cipronex is not a mistake, provided that the doctor knows about their simultaneous ordination by different specialists. When choosing various specialists, you should inform them about the medicines, dietary supplements or herbal preparations used. Klacid is an antibiotic, Cipronex is also an antibacterial drug (it does not exactly belong to antibiotics, but it works on a similar principle destroying pathogenic microorganisms). These are strong drugs - they should be used as directed and do not stop on their own. It is possible to use them at the same time, but only under the supervision of a doctor. The basic question is whether both drugs were ordered by the same doctor, or at least did the doctors know about the drugs used? Prescribing one and the other drug at the same time is associated with a possible increase in side effects. E.g. diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea and so on. The drugs listed above destroy both the "bad" bacteria, but also the "good" ones, so they can weaken the body. It is extremely important to use a probiotic (shield). We have an article on this topic: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/probiotyki-czy-warto-stosowac-leki-oslonowe If you do not use a probiotic yet, I encourage you to stock up, for example, Sanprobi Super Formula, which will be worth using some time after the end of the use of drugs. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/69127/sanprobi-super-formula-kapsulki/apteki Of course, it is worth knowing that Klacid is unlikely to be used in urinary tract infections (at least this is not a standard procedure), but Cipronex is already used in respiratory infections. If the doctor ordering Klacid did not know that you already had Cipronex prescribed, you can timidly say that we do not know if another strong drug - Klacid - would be discharged to you. Unfortunately, I do not know whether both drugs were prescribed on the same day or, for example, you have already finished treatment with Cipronex and you are just starting Klacid. If you are worried about your health, it is worth consulting a doctor and explaining the situation.
