How to use Mesopral, Metronidazole, Amotaks and Ulcamed? Can Aciprex and Phlebodia be used with Mesopral, Metronidazole, Amotaks, Ulcamed?

Good morning, I received a set of drugs for H.pyroli: Mesopral 40mg, Metronidazole 500g, Amontax, Uclamed. The pharmacist wrote me doses but I do not know how to take these drugs and I got a little confused. Which should be fasting, at what intervals. Can they be combined with Aciprex and Phlebodia? What to do if I miss a dose? When to take a priobiotic for this set?
