Can I start a 7-day break from taking Naraya two days earlier?

Good morning, in the first week of pills for two days I had diarrhea, so on each of these days I took two pills to make them work. Can I finish the packaging two days earlier? I don't have a spare blister. The drug is naraya.

Yes, you can start the 7-day break 2 days earlier, remembering that the next blister will have to start earlier than usual. Contraceptive protection will remain maintained provided that all pills have been taken correctly within the previous 7 days.
