I have been taking Dutilox for over a week and cannot sleep after it. Before taking the drug, I had no problems sleeping, and now I wake up to my feet and I am unable to fall asleep. How can I help myself? I can contact my doctor only in 5 days. I got Xanax temporarily, but it doesn't help me sleep.

The drug Xanax prescribed to you on an ad hoc basis is a strong psychotropic agent with silencing properties, so it is difficult - as part of pharmacotherapy - to advise something more effective. Perhaps a typical sleeping pill would be more appropriate, but this should be decided by the doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja What can be done additionally is to take care of sleep hygiene: ventilating the bedroom and maintaining a not too high temperature in this room, limiting large meals before falling asleep and all stimulants, calming down - through music, breathing exercises or aromatherapy, giving up watching TV or reading in bed or limiting exposure to light immediately before falling asleep.
