How to delay period/bleeding when using Nuvaring discs?
Is it possible to take out Nuvaring a few days earlier (I should on Saturday and I would like on Wednesday) to cause bleeding earlier (otherwise it will coincide with a trip to the sea). Of course, I understand that after 7 days break I assume another one on Wednesday.

If you want to delay menstruation/withdrawal bleeding, you should set up a new vaginal therapeutic system, missing a one-week break in its use. The new vaginal therapeutic system can be used for the next 3 weeks. During this time, there may be intracyclic bleeding or spotting. After a week's break in the use of the vaginal therapeutic system, the normal use of NuvaRing is returned. Therefore, instead of pulling out the puck earlier, I would apply another disc without taking a break right away.
