There is no interaction between the components of Jasnum and Jasnum uro, they can be used together. It should be noted that these are multi-component supplements, both one and the other preparation contain vitamin C and vitamin D. During simultaneous intake of preparations in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, 3600 IU of vitamin D and 240mg of vitamin C will be supplied to the body. If other supplements containing these substances are taken, their consumption should be limited. I encourage you to familiarize yourself with helpful materials: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/menopauza-jak-zmniejszyc-dolegliwosci With the help of GdziePoLek you can check the availability, price, order the preparation at home or book at the selected pharmacy.
