Can I take omega 3 and 9 with birth control pills?
Good morning! I am 19 years old, since birth I have been struggling with AD, which disappeared about 4 years ago, but this year in July it returned. I have been taking birth control pills since January this year. wonders if I can safely take omega 3 and 9 acids for AD, or can they not be combined with DTA? Thank you for your reply!

You can continue to take omega 3 and 9 fatty acids. They do not affect the effectiveness of birth control pills.
