Letrox does not reduce the contraceptive effect of Vibin pills, but Vibin tablets may increase the need for levothyroxine (the active ingredient in Letrox), so once you start using hormonal contraception, you should monitor your thyroid hormone levels and be in contact with your endocrinologist.
