Triderm can be used for AD if there are bacterial or fungal changes on the skin. The manufacturer then recommends: "Apply a thin layer of Triderm to the affected areas and surrounding the skin twice daily, morning and evening." However, since it is a prescription drug, the use of the drug should be agreed with your doctor.
