Among the possible side effects of Saxenda, the manufacturer mentions m.in accelerated heart rate. This may or may not be an adverse reaction of the drug. It is difficult to tell by so little information about your medications and medical history and general condition. Symptoms such as hypotension (low pressure), palpitations, shortness of breath and swelling may be signs of an anaphylactic (allergic) reaction to the medicine. If there are additional symptoms such as dizziness, weakness, tinnitus, headache, you should also contact your doctor, because there may be many reasons for this condition. If the situation is related to a particular drug - it is worth talking to your doctor about other treatment options. By the way, I remind you to change the needle in the pen regularly. Needles can be ordered using wherepoleks with collection at the pharmacy or home delivery: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/48855/igly-do-penow-bd-micro-fine-plus-igla/apteki?pvid=258011 https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/54708/novofine-igly-do-penow-insulinowych-igla/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/61649/insupen-igly-do-penow-pic-indolor-igla/apteki?pvid=256082
