Why do my feet hurt after metformin if there is no such side effect in the leaflet?

After taking metformin medication, my feet hurt a lot, it is difficult for me to walk. I put the fear and the pain passes, I can move. In the list of adverse reactions this event does not occur..... What's going on???? bullied Z

Not all side effects of drugs are known and described - if you associate taking the drug with the appearance of foot pain, I encourage you to report it to your doctor. Reporting side effects allows you to gather more information about the safety of medicines and update data about them, which can help other patients in the future. We wrote about how to report them here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane Side effects of drugs can also be reported individually: https://www.urpl.gov.pl/pl/produkty-lecznicze/monitorowanie-bezpieczeństwa-leków/zg elk-side-effect-0

That's unbelievable, I also suffer from cold and numb feet, as well as severely itchy and cracked eczema on my hands and feet, I stopped taking it since yesterday and the symptoms are subsiding, at least as far as eczema is concerned.

DID the doctor change to another drug? I have exactly the same thing, the longer this drug is biot, I can't warm up my feet, it's horrible, after stopping the problem of winter feet and the general cold disappears.

I feel the same way: Since I have been taking metformin, I have suffered from extremely cold and "numb" feet, painful fingers, "snapping fingers" and leaden fatigue.

Good morning
I have the same problem, also because metformin hurt my feet a lot, and especially in the morning When I got up, the pain was the biggest in my fingers after stopping metformin, I felt much better in my feet, you could say, that they have no pain and are not so stiff. Clearly, I associate it with taking metformin
