Am I facing any penalty if I have not bought medicines from an e-prescription?
Good morning, a month ago I was assigned a prescription, unfortunately for health reasons I had no way to buy these drugs. 1) If I did not buy these drugs, am I threatened with any punishment? 2) Can I ask my doctor to renew my prescription if the symptoms are the same as when I first saw a doctor?

No, there is no penalty for not fulfilling the prescription. Unfortunately, an already issued prescription can not be extended. If the deadline has passed and the symptoms have returned, you must contact your doctor and ask if you should use the previously prescribed treatment and ask for a new prescription. Unfortunately, I will not tell you what will happen next, because the person who issues a prescription for a given drug decides whether the symptoms are actually the same now and whether it is possible to issue a prescription for a given drug again.
