Good morning. Can I find the equivalent of vitamin b12 in the pharmacy?? And is the vitamin a prescription?? The vitamin is for an 8-year-old child. Thank you

Thank you very much. My son got this vitamin from the doctor's orzeoisu and it is prescription in Ireland where I live and also costs a lot so I am looking for an equivalent in Poland. Best regards

In pharmacies, you can buy over-the-counter preparations of vitamin B12, containing cyanocobalamin in the composition. Their choice is quite large, but most contain a higher dose (100 mcg or more) than the one you are looking for.
