Can I give my child 2 doses of Pyrantelum prophylactically if they are taking Sumamed Forte, Milukante and Contrahist?

Good morning a 5 year old child gets an antibiotic summamed forte today the last day. Additionally, milukante for the night and contrahist 2 times a day. 3 weeks ago I gave the child prophylactic pyrantelum today I should give a repeat dose. Can I provide? Will it be safe?

Pyrantelum is not given prophylactically. Before use, it is recommended to conduct tests and consult symptoms with a doctor, and the drug should be given to the child only in case of established pinworm. If the child has been diagnosed with pinworm, then 2 doses of the drug should be given - it does not interact with the other drugs listed by you.
