During antibiotic treatment, a noticeable improvement occurs around the 3rd day of therapy. Let me remind you that the best results are given by regular administration of an antibiotic - for a single-dose one it is a 24-hour interval between administrations. Symptomatically, if a fever appears, a drug can also be given to lower it: based on paracetamol or ibuprofen. Please also remember to give plenty of fluids. I encourage you to read the information on how to improve immunity in a child: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/witaminy-i-suplementy-na-odpornosc-u-dzieci https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-wzmocnic-odpornosc-u-dziecka-przed-pojsciem-do-szkoly
