Hello. I am taking the contraceptive pill Yasmin and would like to start using Asequrella Forte. In the leaflet for this supplement, she writes to take them 2 hours after taking the contraceptive pill. But what about a 7-day break? Should I still take the Asequrella tablet or take a break? If we continue to take it, is it still at the same time or is it indifferent?

Asequrella Forte is a dietary supplement developed especially for women taking hormonal preparations – contraceptive pills or hormone replacement therapy. The preparation contains natural plant substances that alleviate the ailments of hormonal deregulation. It would be good to keep any time interval between the use of both products, preferably one suggested by the manufacturer. If you can not wait 2 hours, please at least use an interval of 1h.
