Such a combination is not advisable. Strophantus D4 Sanum contains an extract from the Strophantus gratus plant, which is a source of cardiac glycosides, in this case strophantine. This group of substances has multiple effects on the heart muscle, including m.in reduces the activity of the sympathetic system, i.e. the system that in the human body is responsible for accelerating the heart rate. However, Bisocard, which contains bisoprolol, is already present in the given set of medicines. It is a substance that selectively blocks the receptors of the sympathetic system in the heart. After taking both substances, there may be an increase in the time of conduction of impulses in the heart, and thus an excessive slowdown in the heart rate, which is not safe. Bearing the above in mind, I do not suggest including Strophantus D4 Sanum in the treatment. For my part, I also draw attention to the need to monitor potassium levels when using Trifas. This drug contains the substance torasemide, which is a diuretic that "flushes" potassium out of the body. It is worth remembering to examine the level of electrolytes at least once a year. In addition, lowering the level of potassium may lead to an increase in the side effects of strophantin, which is another argument for not using Strophantus D4 Sanum, with current pharmacotherapy.
