Can I change the time of taking Vines tablets to half an hour earlier from day to day? In addition, I have questions whether it will make differences in their operation if I take them in the time interval 7-7:30? Depending on the possibilities, is it better to stay at one hour?

Yes, exactly. Vines tablets are also two-component tablets - the principle is exactly the same :)
I use Vines tablets, not Vibin mini, but I understand that the principle is the same?

Yes, you can change the time of tablet use by 30 minutes overnight. This will not significantly affect the effectiveness of Vines tablets, but for your own psychological comfort it is better to use tablets at a fixed time, e.g. set an alarm at one specific time.
