Will acatar nasal spray to clear the nose with accidental licking affect the effectiveness of The Naraya 21tabl combined contraceptive pills? No, the nasal spray will not affect the effectiveness of contraception in any way. If you use nasal sprays, you should keep your head in an upright position (without tilting it back) and place the end of the applicator in the nasal opening.
