I've been struggling with klebsiella for over a year now. Antibiotic cultures over and over again, the same thing. There is a new antibiotic XSysto that supposedly works great, has high effectiveness, but it did not help me after 3 weeks from the treatment, it came out in culture again. And the best thing is that I have no idea where I got infected - no hospital or catheter, I don't go to the swimming pool, I don't bathe in the lake, etc. It is no longer entirely valid that you only get infected in the hospital :(

This time I decided to try it without antibiotics. I did some research, consulted pharmacists and started using the following regimen when the symptoms of infection returned: Canephron drops 3 x a day 5 ml plus furagin 100 mg x 3 a day (on the 1st day of treatment 100 x 4), cranberries (SINGULARIS SYNBIOTIC CRANBERRY CRAN NATURELLE + LACTOSPORE SUPERIOR PROBIOTIC). In addition: at least 2 - 2.5 liters of water per day. I felt a clear relief after 24 hours, after 48 hours the symptoms almost completely disappeared. Of course, I continued until the packages were exhausted. At the moment (as a preventive measure) I take cranberries every day, and furagin 100 mg x 3 once a week. Only another antibiotic from the quinolone group helped me (in the first days of treatment I had the impression of boiling from the inside) it helped for 5 months... and now the problem is back... klebsiella 10°5 Feeling bad, urethral pain, urging to urinate every 15 minutes, general discomfort... leaving the house only for a moment, because you have to look for a toilet... I'm devastated... After each antibiotic treatment (extended x2), the culture done after 2 weeks is negative, but apparently false, because in the third week the infection returns. Apparently, the standard approach is ineffective!
I have a strong suspicion that the problem is neglected, because UTI mainly affects women, and the medical community definitely prefers to pamper men and treats their problems seriously.

Hello everyone, I have been battling klebsiella pneumoniae in my urine since the beginning of the year. I have already taken 7 antibiotics, not to mention other drugs such as furagina, canephron, urosept, urolact, etc...
I drink water, cranberries, etc... In April, as the 6th and 7th (a combination of two antibiotics) it was Levofloxacin + Zinnat and finally the longed-for clean culture, the ailments stopped... and a few months of peace. Unfortunately, for a month I have had a relapse, of course the same Klebsiella bacteria:-((( I did a culture with an antibiogram and again a bacterium sensitive to some antibiotics m.in quinolones... And here is the question of what to do? Take antibiotics again? ... eventually they will stop working...

Has anyone cured for longer? I was diagnosed with a stone on my kidney and apparently after breaking it I was supposed to cure the bacteria. Two long-lasting attempts and nothing. Nasturtium high doses gave the best result, 1.5 months with almost no pain. But a strong relapse now (without stopping treatment). I was saved by an elderly pharmacist (who deserves the most beautiful roses in the world for what she did). Namely, she recommended me to buy 2 drugs: Canephron and Urolact. The first is rosemary herbs for the most part, the second is a probiotic. Dosage: first three days: canephron 3x2 and urolact the same 3x2. Then for 2 months I canephron 3x2 urolact 2x1. Another month of canephron 3x2 urolact 1x1. After 3 months, the result was sensational. I stopped taking Urolact, took canephron, for another 3 months (because you can take it up to six months). Of course, I changed my lifestyle a bit - I don't drink tea, I drink nettle, I put my coffee in this place of inka. Not to mention the fact of better immunity, I don't get sick at all, not even half a runny nose. I run in the mountains for 20km and I feel great. People, do not break everything in your hands. Read a little, ask around in pharmacies. It helped me, maybe not for you, but it doesn't mean that something else can't help. Fight! :)
