Stepcil is a medicine that contains cilostazol. It is an anticoagulant that inhibits platelet aggregation. Due to the risk of interaction consisting in an increased risk of bleeding, it is not recommended to simultaneously use preparations containing ginkgo biloba extract (such as Bilobil Intense) with anticoagulants. Particular care should be taken in the case of patients simultaneously using ginkgo preparations and anticoagulants, they should monitor coagulation parameters.
