If you do not want to get up especially at midnight to administer the drug, you can take 2 tablets immediately before bedtime, e.g. at 22.00, and then tomorrow, i.e. 28.10.2022 at 10.00 (and so every 12 hours). If you lie down at 21.00 you can also take 2 tablets today, and tomorrow at 9.00 (so that the interval is 12 hours).
