According to the research conducted by the manufacturer, the effects of treatment and reduction of anxiety can appear after as little as 1 week of treatment. Of course, such an effect may not occur in all patients, and the effects of treatment and the need to use the drug should be assessed regularly and individually. I do not know what you mean by writing "at the beginning", so it is difficult to assess whether the drug should already work or maybe it is simply difficult to expect results.
