Why, despite changing the drug to Forxiga, do I have higher sugar than a few days ago?

Good morning 0D a few days I take the drug forxiga 10mg and I noticed that the blood sugar level went to about 200, before I took januwie and it was below 150..120 should I still wait for the body to saturate?

This may be to some extent related to the fact that the body has not yet adapted to the drug and it takes more time to see the effects of the treatment. However, please remember that changing the drug is only one element of therapy. Regardless of what drug you use - the basis of therapy is a constant change of eating habits to a little healthier and regular physical activity (even the smallest activity matters, it can be a walk).
