What should I do if I took the last pill with a delay of almost 24 hours? Should I take the tablet after?

Good morning, I take the Kontracept birth control pills around 8 pm. I forgot to take the last tablet from the package and took it only the next day around 8 p.m., i.e. after 24 hours. Should I take a 7-day break or start a new package in a given situation? If there was intercourse after taking this pill, should I take the pill the day after?

If you have decided to take the missed tablet with a 24-hour delay, you should immediately start using the new packaging, without taking a 7-day break. Following the above recommendation ensures that the contraceptive effectiveness of Kontracept is maintained: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/40729/kontracept-drazetki/apteki There is no need for an emergency contraceptive pill: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/tabletka-po-czyli-antykoncepcja-awaryjna You can read more about how to use contraception correctly in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-prawidlowo-stosowac-antykoncepcje
