Did anything happen if I swallowed 2 tablets of Cital?

Good evening, if I accidentally swallowed Cital 20 mg a second time on the same day (1 tablet in the morning of 20, the second in the evening with an interval of about 11 h) is it dangerous? When to take the next dose to get back to your normal rhythm?

According to the Cital Summary of Product Characteristics, the recommended starting dose is 20 mg once daily. Depending on the individual patient's response to treatment, the dose may be increased to a maximum of 40 mg per day. Therefore, nothing bad should happen when taking 40mg with an interval of 11h. Please wait another 12 hours before taking your tablet and then use the preparation in accordance with the guidelines.
