To @Gabriela: If there is no vomiting within 3-4 hours of taking the tablet, then there is no reason to worry. The effectiveness of the tablets is preserved.

So if there is no vomiting after eating such a cake or cake earned from expired flour and cicre, I do not have to worry about less effectiveness? Would it have to occur vomiting within 3 -4 hours of taking the pill to reduce the effectiveness and if they do not occur I do not have to be afraid of it?

Eating a cake sprinkled with coffee and soaked in alcohol does not affect the effectiveness of Vines contraceptive pills. If vomiting or diarrhea did not occur within 3-4 hours of taking the tablet - protection is preserved.
