In the case of sore throat, there are no contraindications to the use of lozenges such as Tantum Verde in a person using drugs with alprazolam, e.g. Xanax. Benzidamine used in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations has anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties, additionally local anesthetizes and disinfects. Tantum Verde should not be used for more than 7 days.
