Naturell Ester C Plus tablets are not intended to be dissolved in water, and for swallowing whole, it is best to wash them down with water. If there is a problem with swallowing tablets, there are many other forms of medicines and dietary supplements containing vitamin C, e.g. Ascorvita effervescent tablets or Cebion drops.
