Will eating a meal with rice and eggs half an hour after taking the contraceptive pill affect its effectiveness?

Half an hour after taking the two-component contraceptive pill, I ate half a bag of white long-grain rice and two fried eggs seasoned with a pinch of salt. Nothing was warm or lukewarm. It was already cold. Will this affect the effectiveness of contraception? Best regards.

Up to @Hhhhg:

Hormonal disorders do not always mean that birth control pills will be ineffective. In many cases, properly selected hormonal contraception can even help to normalize hormone levels. However, it is crucial that you consult a gynaecologist who will choose a preparation suitable for your health condition and needs.

And if I have hormonal disorders, does it mean that the pills will not be effective for me?? Won't they prevent me from getting pregnant?

Up to @Hhhhg:

To assess whether birth control pills are properly absorbed, it is worth performing a few key tests. Recommended tests are:

1. Blood count - allows you to assess your general health and detect possible problems with coagulation.

2. Liver tests - assess the functioning of the liver, which is important because the improper functioning of this organ can affect the absorption of hormones.

3. Hormonal tests - such as the level of estradiol, progesterone, TSH and prolactin, which may indicate hormonal disorders affecting the effectiveness of contraception.

Additionally, if you experience symptoms such as vomiting or diarrhea after taking the pills, it may also affect their absorption. In such cases, it is worth considering additional methods of protection (e.g. condoms).
