What should I do if I missed the first three birth control pills? I have been taking Slinda tablets for a year at 4 pm. I read various articles and in some they write that you need to take three omitted and then the fourth of that day, and in others they write that you need to skip the missed dose and start to the fourth. I would appreciate a quick reply.

According to the available information, if you miss the first three contraceptive pills of Slinda, you should take the pills according to the previously chosen schedule in the following days. However, it should be noted that skipping the tablets in the first week of use may cause that ovulation will not be inhibited, and therefore, despite taking the tablets, there will be a chance of getting pregnant. Therefore, it would be advisable to use an additional contraceptive method (e.g. a condom) until the end of the current package. In addition, if during the week of break preceding the currently taken packaging and during the first days of the current cycle there was intercourse, there is a chance of getting pregnant.
