Good morning, I have been taking tablets of atywia dialy for 5 months, and in the middle of the package I got spotting (brown, with a lot of small clots (?). This was accompanied by pain in the lower abdomen as with the period. Tablets are taken at a fixed time. Withdrawal bleeding should occur in 6 days. Is this normal?

Up to @szuszu:
With regular use of contraception and no symptoms such as vomiting, diarrhoea or forgotten pills, contraceptive effectiveness remains high. Pain in the lower abdomen and back may be related to upcoming withdrawal bleeding or stress, which can affect well-being and hormonal cycle. If the pain intensifies, other disturbing symptoms appear, such as fever or unusual bleeding, it is worth consulting a doctor. At the moment, there is no reason for major concern.
Has been taking the process for 9 months,
He takes the pills regularly, there is no diarrhea, vomiting or the like.
In 8 days I should get withdrawal bleeding, today my lower abdomen hurts and my lower back a bit. Ni3 I have nausea or tender breasts, everything is fine, except that I have recently had a few stressful situations (exams at university) should I be afraid?

The symptoms described by you may occur as side effects of using Atywia Daily tablets. Usually, these types of situations happen in the first months of using hormonal contraception, so if similar symptoms recur or worsen, you should consult a doctor about the problem.
